2.  Hello, my name is LaJuana Pruitt. I am 43 years old and reside in a small community called Beech Bluff, TN. I am originally from Jackson, TN. I have two daughters and a son.

6. MMy children keep me very busy  I enjoy fishing ccooking llearning new things aand most of all, spending time with my family II am also a car and truck enthusiast

9.  I have worked in the medical field since I was 16 and have enjoyed it very much. I have worked as a CNA, file clerk, deli clerk, and most recently, a LPN. I have attended college several times in the past and must say that I enjoy attending class online because I can work around my busy schedule. Due to several injuries, I decided to go into some form of social work. I chose to study applied behavior science because I would like to continue to help people and learn from them. I received a BA in Applied Behavioral Science here at Ashford in Nov/2014. I am returning to Ashford to obtain my Master of Arts in education specializing in Family and Community services. 

10.  I obtained my education in the public school system from k-12 grade. With me being able to attend public school, I had a chance to keep in contact with the people I grew up with. This made school easier as far as having familiar faces around at all times.

11.  In the future, I would like to get my masters in education so that I can continue to help people in general. I would like to become a social worker in a non-profit organization.

12.  I think that a master’s degree would help me to be able to become more self- sufficient financially and be able to better provide for my family.
