Here are the easiest routes: 3 1.If you do not have a My COMPASS Account, click on the “Apply for Any Benefits” link. You will create an account during the application process. 2.If you have a My COMPASS Account, click on the “My COMPASS Account” link and log in to your account and click “New Application.” 3.If you are a Community Partner, click the Community Partner Login/ Registration link to go to the Community Partner page to log in. 1 2 3

17 Click to add footer text Community Partner - Registration To access the Community Partner View, also known as the Community Partner Dashboard, the Community Partner must first register. 17

18 Click to add footer text Community Partner - Registration Registration is done online and is a two step process: Step 1: Register the organization. Step 2: Register users, beginning with a Delegated Administrator (DA). All users will receive their Keystone ID by email after the registration request has been approved. Click on the link to register your organization and/or new users within your organization. 18 For information on how to register, click the Online Self-Registration Guide link. To begin registration, click the Start Online Self-Registration button.

19 Click to add footer text Community Partner - Log in/Password Reset Once an individual has a business partner Keystone ID (example: b- cpartner), they can access their organization’s Community Partner Dashboard by clicking the Community Partner Login/Registration link on the COMPASS homepage, and then logging in.Community Partner Login/Registration Note: The password is chosen during self-registration. To reset the password, click on the “Forgot/Change Password?” link. “To look up the User Id, click the Forgot User ID?” link 19

26 Click to add footer text Scanning The scan feature in COMPASS provides individuals and Community Partners with the ability to scan or import and submit verification documents electronically for the following DHS administered benefits: Health Care (Medical Assistance, SelectPlan for Women, SNAP, LIHEAP, Cash Assistance, Long Term Care, and select Home and Community Based Services. System Requirements: TWAIN compliant scanner (most scanners are), if scanning directly Internet Explorer (32 bit) v9+ OR Mozilla Firefox v30.0+ browser Windows 7 + 26
