3 Overview Welcome to Shiptrax® Shiptrax is an internet-based shipping information system designed to meet the needs of your business. Our goal is to provide you with a cost-effective solution to: Book shipments on-line Track shipments worldwide Automate the shipment form processing cycle from start to finish Show complete shipment visibility Run custom reports Communicate with your clients or vendors and improve customer service.

4 The Shiptrax suite is a web- based application that allows you to create and manage all your shipments from one place. Customers login to create and view shipments or to run reports. From our home page, your customer will click on “MY AIRGROUP.”

6 Track and Trace Track Shipment allows you and/or your clients to quickly locate any shipment by different criteria.

7 Advanced Search allows tracking by any of these criteria

8 A list of all open shipments displays at the bottom, upon clicking on Search. Click on “GO” to see a summary of the shipment.

13 Workbench Displays an organized list of shipments and quick status information. Facilitates customer’s ability to manage their shipments in one place.

14 View shipment summary View tracking status details A Paper Clip Icon indicates attached images Total shipments by status You can also filter within an entire list using a specific search criteria The workbench shows detailed information about shipments.

16 Choose how long you want to see open or closed shipments Display company- wide shipments or just the shipments you created Choose from a large list of fields and set up how you want your workbench to look

17 Shipment booking Create online shipments, store all client’s locations ahead of time, create list of notified parties on a per shipment basis.

19 Create a new record for the shipping parties… …Or select from a list of pre-entered or saved ones.

22 After filling out the bill, customer’s check this box to accept our terms and conditions… Now customers can Create Bookings. 23 An email confirmation goes out to the list of recipients indicated in the bill.

25 Attaching files to a shipment is as easy as… Click browse to find the image/file Select the file to attach… Click on Open Then hit Upload File

34 Enter a report name Choose from a list of over 60 fields to display Then scroll to the bottom to change font type and size…and finally, to save the report.

40 Setup clients Finish selecting client preferences Include whether they want to receive notification for shipments

42 Create new user or edit your users by clicking on “add a new contact.”

43 Fill out the user’s information and enter a user id for this user.

44 Contact information Enter a password or leave it empty if unchanged. Now select the permissions this user will have. …and shipment statuses to be notified on.

45 This new tool provides our customers with a complete suite that should make their shipping experience with Airgroup easier and faster. We will continue to add features that will benefit our customers.
