2 ASEAN PASS is for travel within ASEAN Country. Valid for travel to and from any ASEAN cities up to a maximum of four (4) sectors on Malaysia Airlines' services, This DOES NOT include Malaysia Domestic routes BSP Agents can sell ASEAN PASS voucher by issued of MPD/V-MPD. NON BSP agents can call direct to MAS ticket office for booking and ticketing. Reservation and ticketing can be done at MAS ticket office only. 1 ASEAN PASS is cost USD299 (economy) and USD799 (business) which consist of 4 segment travel itinerary (price including YQ, but excluding airport tax and price is nett no agent commission). Example: The 4 segment travel itinerary - PNH-KUL-MNL-KUL-PNH - PNH-KUL-PNH-KUL-PNH - PNH-KUL-BKK-KUL-SGN - CGK-KUL-MNL-KUL-SIN - HAN-KUL//SIN-KUL-MNL-KUL Children and infant discounts are NOT allowed Booking class is RBD V for Economy J for Business

3 Ticket is valid for three (6) months from the date of issuance Fare basis to be indicated on the ticket is VPASS/JPASS 1st outbound sector must be firm. Subsequent sectors can be firm or open dated. Open dated bookings will be treated on a sub- load basis. Example: A passenger purchasing the VOUCHER for a flight itinerary Jakarta - Kuala Lumpur - Bangkok vice versa must have the first outbound Jakarta - Kuala Lumpur sector confirmed and may have the remaining sectors issued on an open dated basis Sales/Travel Period: 29 May 2009 until further notice.

4 Passenger uses the TICKET to travel Passenger presents the ticket at the Airport for check-in and travel. Go- Show is allowed for open dated tickets. Re-validation and re-issuance NOT required Total ticket payment made are NOT refundable Rerouting permitted at USD 25 per change or local equivalent currency and to be facilitated at Malaysia Airlines' offices ONLY. Tickets must be re-issued with the new routing –Bookings can be with a confirmed date or open dated in the event of rerouting Date change on firm booking or new firm booking for open sectors allowed at USD25. Any No-Show will result in the full payments made NOT refundable. Balance of the unutilised sectors can be still used Example: A passenger with a ticket for a flight itinerary Jakarta - Kuala Lumpur - Bangkok vice versa fails to travel Jakarta - Kuala Lumpur sector. The passenger can still travel the remaining sectors by purchasing the available MAS marker fare for the Jakarta – Kuala Lumpur sector NO name changes allowed NOT entitled for Enrich mileage accruals/ upgrade redemption Coupons must be used in sequence
