A RET or HOT file is sent from Amadeus to the airline revenue accounting system on daily basis Can non-IATA travel agencies benefit from the solution? No, an IATA code is required to issue electronic tickets Which is the implementation timeline? Once an implementation slot is available, the lead time is between 1 to 2 months How are support and training managed? Support is available in the Amadeus help pages (HE ETKT DIRECT), and e-learning sessions are available Is there a fraud control? Yes, there is an enhanced security product option with which the airlines can allow specific e-ticketing quotas to the travel agencies according their bilateral agreement
