2 TREO Manufacturing, LLC was founded in May of 2012 by Rick Stephens and Charles Snooks. They together have a tremendous amount of experience in product development, plastic processing development and manufacturing. We are established as a manufacture of plastic injection molds, blow molds and plastic extrusion dies with the ability to conduct molding trials in house as well as production manufacturing requirements. Today we currently support the automotive, appliance, landscape and mass-marketed OEM’s and their Tiered supply base. In addition, our TREO team continues to innovate and explore solutions to aid in your corporate savings goals. Our ownership commitment, size of operation and efficiencies allow TREO to be cost competitive while achieving our customers stipulated timing. We recently relocated to our new facility in Troy, Michigan providing us a larger foot print to launch our PLASTIC MOLDING TECHNICAL CENTER. Within the center we work with our customers to resolve molding issues, further develop RHRC processing and cellular molding, in addition to other unique processes, permitting TREO and our customers to thrive in the our competitive global marketplace.
