3 Cumberland History… Founded in 2006,Privately Held Company Opened New Facility in Auburn, AL 2006 Established ToolCare in Auburn, AL 2007 Earned ISO TS Certification Sept. 08 Expansion of Cumberland’s Auburn AL facility will be completed in January 2013, expanding building from 20,000 SQFT to 60,000 SQFT

4 Cumberland Plastics Update Current production for AL facility is 3 shifts, 6 days with Sunday’s being available for additional capacity 6 new presses added in 2011 (85 ton, 180 ton, 300 ton (x2), 500 ton (x2), 720 ton) giving AL 14 molding machines from 85t to 1100t. Looking to acquire another 110 ton, 500 ton, 720 ton, and 1,100 ton in 2013 ISO TS16949 Quality Certification achieved in October of 2008 at and have maintained certification each year Tooling facility awarded ISO 9000 certification in October 2009 and have maintained certification each year Have hired in seasoned professionals in in management and hourly personnel to bolster our production, quality, and process engineering departments bringing total head count to 60 full time employees and 30 temporary
