Game Sheet example

Game Sheets The Home Team is responsible for proper completion of the Game Sheet Using Stickers for your team is a huge time saver Game sheets are to be deposited in the LRA mailbox on the side the LRA trophy the day the game is played This is a great task to delegate as the Head Coach should be focused on the team before, during and immediately after the game

Time Keeping Timekeepers Volunteers for timekeeping are the Home Teams responsibility This is a two person job to run the clock and ensure the game sheet can be completed accurately Instructions are posted in the timekeepers box for running the clock Game Curfew’s –

Referees Head Coaches are responsible for ensuring refs are onsite for games Ref’s are required to be onsite 10 min before the game. If Ref’s are MIA you need to contact the LRA Referee in Chief Mark Goldhawk immediately @ 519-474-0355 Please respect the job the officials are doing. If you have an issue please don’t show your displeasure during the game but send Mark your feedback after you get home

Game Cancellation and Rescheduling CANCELLING GAMES SHOULD BE ABSOLUTELY THE LAST RESORT!!!! Games may need to be rescheduled due to tournaments should be done in timely manner. The only other reason for cancellation is the weather. You cannot cancel a game due to limited players. You are to call up players. Please ask your convener for help. It is the Home team’s responsibility to make every effort to reschedule a game. All changes/cancellations of home games are to be communicated ASAP to both the ice scheduler p.singeris@rogers.com and the Referee in Chief mgoldhawk@dow.com p.singeris@rogers.commgoldhawk@dow.com Your league ice scheduler might be able to offer potential make-up ice times. Your practice ice may be used to make-up a game if absolutely necessary. Remember to arrange for referees. If an opponent offers to make-up a London home game on their ice by all means do so. You are still the home team and need to indicate this on the game sheet. When all the teams are set, contact list of all teams in their respective leagues will be posted on the Western Region website: www.wrra.cawww.wrra.ca Missed games will be subject to fines from the respective leagues and will be enforced. The LRA will not pay your fines. London Referee in Chief: Mark Goldhawk - mgoldhawk@dow.com 519-474-0355mgoldhawk@dow.com
