The Teachings of Islam  Allah – he is the one and only one (tawhid), 99 names of Allah  Predestination – „ Nothing will happen to us except what Allah has decreed for us“ (Sura 9:51) Allah is not bound to any condition – no promises. According to Hadith: Allah created people for heaven and hell  The last things (Eschatology)  Salvation - Book of deeds – balance of good and bad deeds

Concept of SALVATION IN ISLAM Good Deeds Prayer Almsgiving Fasting Pilgrimage Creed “Those whose scale will be light, will find their soul in damnation.” Sura 7:8-9 Lucky Chance Allah’s Mercy “Allah will love you and forgive you your sins; for Allah is oft-forgiving, most merciful.” Sura 3:31 Allah’s Choice Predetermination “He forgives whom He wills and He punishes whom He pleases.” Sura 5:18 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith – and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God – not by works, so that no-one can boast. Ephesians 1:8-9

 The last things (Eschatology) The Teachings of Islam  Allah – he is the one and only one (tawhid), 99 names of Allah  Predestination – „ Nothing will happen to us except what Allah has decreed for us“ (Sura 9:51) Allah is not bound to any condition – no promises. According to Hadith: Allah created people for heaven and hell  The last things (Eschatology)  Salvation - Book of deeds – balance of good and bad deeds  Dawah: “Mission” or propagation of Islam

Concept of Sin In Islam, sin is to act contrary to an established list of prescribed or forbidden actions. Sins are categorised in Islam. People are originally good by nature. Their duty is to strive so their ‘work account’ will always show more good actions than bad ones. Mankind is not desperate to the point of looking for a redeemer. It is the duty of people to save themselves.

Concept of Prayer For Muslims, prayer is a duty required by God. It looks like God is benefiting from it. Everything about the Muslim prayer has been established: language, words to repeat, rituals. At five fixed times a day. The worshiper is just a slave of God (Abd Allah), serving a powerful and distant master. There is possibility of free prayers, but it is not used very much by Muslims.
