Creating a church which is like a family, loving one another, helping one another and having fun. Intentionally developing covenant relationships with the right people: running partners, mentors and friends. Teaching and inspiring one another. Correcting and being accountable to one another. Praying for and encouraging one another.

3. A Relational Community That we may share God's love & truth with others. Being generous with all of our resources, (time, money, possessions), towards one another. In everything that EFCC does, we will serve willingly together with great attitudes – Teamwork makes the dream work! Sharing our testimony with others. Telling people our story and His story, telling everyone we can about the good news of Jesus. Making and deepening relational links with other Churches locally, nationally & internationally – we love the church! Together with other churches, we are building God’s Kingdom, not our own empire.

5. There is always a battle There is always a choice Galatians 5 v 16+17 16 So, I advise you to live according to your new life in the Holy Spirit. Then you won’t be doing what your sinful nature craves. 17 The old sinful nature wants to do evil, which is just the opposite of what the Spirit wants. And the Spirit gives us desires that are the opposite of what the sinful nature desires. These two forces are constantly fighting each other, and your choices are never free from this conflict.

Always a choice:  Put to death the earthly things lurking within you.  Take off the old sinful nature  Learn to recognise when we act out of the flesh  Repent – Kill it  Put on, clothe yourself, with new nature  Let the Holy Spirit control your life
