2 Vodafone India Partner On-boarding Quick Start Guide This document covers and captures the details and workflow of the Vodafone Developer Portal. Along with workflow a brief walk through of the portal is described. This document serves as the primary reference for the D2C Partner - Developer and each section explains how the user navigates through the Portal. Registering on Vodafone India Developer Portal. 3 User Creation USER Creation The 1 st step on the developer portal is to create an account. This account name is referred as “User“. In order to create a “User”, click “Register Now” text that appears on the top right corner of the Home page. By clicking this option, the user can see the form on the “Registration” page(see screenshot). Fill-up this form to complete the Registration. On clicking the register button, a confirmation email will be sent to user’s registered email id along with a URL. The user needs to compete registration and activate the account by clicking the URL. Now the User ID is created on the portal.

4 Login & Partnership Login : User ID The login ID will be the User’s registered Email ID. Click the login txt that appears on the Top right corner of the Home page. This portal allows the USER to create a Direct to Consumer(D2C) partnership with Vodafone. To know more about D2C service, please visit https://partner.vodafone.in/faq section and view the documents. This document will also explain the details of the D2C partnership model(Aggregator and Non-Aggregator).https://partner.vodafone.in/faq

5 Partner Dashboard Now that you have successfully created a User Profile on the Developer Portal, you can login to create a Partnership. When you login, the portal will automatically take you to the “Dashboard” section. Your Dashboard (also known as the Public User Profile) page allows you to “Create a Partner” Note: A user registration allows you to get connected to the portal. A Partnership creation will allow you to create applications/products that you will be able to sell to the consumer

6 Partnership Creation Creating a Partner To create a partnership, just click the Create Partner button. The following screen will pop-up. Fill in all required information and submit. On successful submission, a new Partnership is created with Vodafone. A user can edit User and Partner profile to make necessary changes. Note : However, the edit option will not be available after the product is “LIVE”. So make sure you enter all the information necessary and ensure they are accurate. Entering wrong or incomplete information might end up in rejecting your partnership.

7 Project Creation Once you have created a partner within your user profile, you can now start creating various projects. To create a Project, click the Create a Project button Creating Projects A Project allows the Partner to expose their product/s for the end-user. The Partner can thereby create may such product/s called as project/s.

8 Project Creation “Create project” will lead you to a new screen. All you need to do is fill the required information and upload relevant documents as requested Note:- Upload only.ppt, pptx,.doc, docx,.xls,.xlsx.jpeg, visio, odt and.pdf formats Once you have completed, click on the “Create Project” button. Your project is successfully created. Project Name *: Project name is unique and min of 4character length. The IP you enter will be whitelisted for this particular project. Ensure you provide a valid IP address for the project.

9 Managing the project Sandbox and Promote to Production: After Project creation, you can now manage profiles of your project: 1.Edit Project Details:- Modify the information you entered when you created the Project. 2.Testing Environment:- This is an important section for the Developer/Partner. This section provides Sandbox end points and project credentials for testing your products. 3.Promote to Production:- Clicking “Promote to Production” will allow your project to be submitted for approval.

10 Sandbox testing Sandbox Testing: Testing Environment provides information on Sandbox Credentials like “Project User Name”, “Project Password” and the “Endpoints” Once you have successfully tested your product using the Sandbox credentials, now you can promote your product for product. 11 Promote to Production : Project Checklist Promote to Production: ( Project Checklist) The Promote to Production flow provides a checklist for your Partner profile and the Project. Below are the instructions to Promote the Project to Production :- To promote a project to Production, Log in to Developer Portal and go to the Dashboard section. Go to your created Partner. On your Partner page, you will see your created projects on the Partner Projects list. Click the Manage Project button, which will then redirect you to your Project's details page. On this page you will see buttons to manage your project, including the tab to Promote the Project to Production. Click the Promote to Production button. There are 4 stages to promote a project to production. These are Project Checklist, Partner Profile, Project Profile and Accept Contract. In Project Checklist stage, you confirm the Product/App is tested and is now a ready to be promoted to Production.

12 Promote to Production : Partner Profile Partner Profile page lets you define the details of your Partnership. In this page, you need to specify the Partner Name, Billing & Tax information that will be used to define the Partner for the Contract. This is an important stage where you can cross-check all the relevant information entered for the partnership is accurate and updated. Once submitted for approval, the partner information cannot be modified until further action taken by the Vodafone Team.

13 Promote to Production: Project Profile Project Profile let you define addition details on you project. In here you specify Sales/Distribution channels you will be use, short codes and request access to the different APIs.

14 Promote to Production: Accept Contract & NDA The final step is to Accept Contract, in which you are to download and review the financial agreement. You must then accept the contract before your request can be accepted. A digital signature signifies your acceptance of the settlement contract. Note: From your 2 nd project onwards the “Accept contract and NDA” will be removed and you can directly submit by clicking the “Finish” button.

15 Promote to Production: Successful submission Promote to Production: Once you click the “Finish” button, the project is submitted for Vodafone team’s approval. A successful notification page will be displayed after the request process. Vodafone India will review your request. Your request is subject to Vodafone India’s review and approval of your project. You will be notified by Vodafone India when a decision is made. Upon approval of the project, you as a Partner will be able to see the endpoints assigned for the Project. These are Production endpoints and different from the Sandbox endpoints that was used for testing.

16 “Enabled – Sandbox” – this means that the product/project is under testing. You can do the sandbox testing and after successful testing, send the product/project for “Promote-to-Production” for Vodafone team’s approval “Enabled – Product” – this means that your product/Project is approved & allowed for promoting to Vodafone customers. Clicking the “Manage Project” button will lead to the Project profile Under “Project Profile”, use the “Endpoint” TAB as shown in this section. This page will lead to the Project credentials that should be used for your API calling. Vodafone Developer Portal - Production Production : Live project Once the approval is received for the project, the product is under production. This means that you are allowed to promote the product for the Vodafone India Mobile subscribers
