3 1. Background Information 1)Print out and Read Documents – recommended 2)Must confirm you have read the Background Information before you can proceed 3)Click on the green Proceed button to move to Section

4 2. Registration / Pre-assessment 1)Section 2 is the registration and pre-assessment section 2)Fill out the Essential Details Form and the Applicant Authorisation Form 3)Take the pre-assessment questionnaire to determine if you are eligible to apply 1 1

5 2. Registration / Pre-assessment 1)Fill out the Essential Details Form 2)Where * appears in the form, values must be provided for these textboxes or the system will not let you register 1 2

7 2. Registration / Pre-assessment 1)Complete the Eligibility Check Questions to see if you are eligible to apply 2)When all questions have been answered the Eligilibility Status Panel will update to illustrate whether or not you are eligible to apply 1 2

8 2. Registration / Pre-assessment 1)When you answer a question the outcome of that answer will be shown there and then 2)Any answer problems shown in red will make your eligibility status INELIGIBLE 1 2

9 2. Registration / Pre-assessment 1)You will only be eligible to apply if there are no problems with all of your answers. Notice how this is reflected in the Eligilibility Status Panel 1

10 2. Registration / Pre-assessment 1)Where answer problems exist you will be declared as INELIGIBLE 2)In this case you cannot apply. Sorry! 1

11 2. Registration / Pre-assessment 1)Only if you are found to be ELIGIBLE by the Eligibility Check Questions will the Apply Now button appear 2)Clicking on the Apply Now button will take you to section 3 1 1

12 3. Login / Create New Account  In this section you can do the following: › Have an existing account – login › Forgot your password – retrieve it › Signup and create new account › Have created a new account but need to activate it

Login / Create New Account 1)Log into existing account: Enter the address and password combination associated with your account to login 2)Click on the LOGIN button to process the login and proceed to the next section 3)You will be taken to the next section ONLY if the correct details are provided 1 2

Login / Create New Account 1)Forgot your password and cannot log in: Enter the address associated with your account and then click on the Get Password button to retrieve your password. 2)Only if account exists for this address will the password be retrieved and ed to you. 3)Now take your password and use it with the address to login

15 3. Login / Create New Account 1)Want to create a new account: complete the New Applicant Signup Form 2)An address must be unique to every account. If you already have an account and want to register again you will need to use a different address. 3)Upon successful completion of this form an activation code will be sent to your account 1 3

Login / Create New Account 1)Need to activate a new account: Take the Activation Code that was ed to you after you submitted the New Applicant Signup Form and paste this code along with your address into the Activate My Account Form 2)Clicking on the Activate My Account button will activate your account and automatically take you to the application form 1 2 1

17 4. Application Form 1)The final stage and the form you must complete in full to apply for the community support fund 1 1

18 4. Application Form 1)Download and read the Guidance Notes and Scoring Matrix documents to help you better understand the application form and how we score it 2)“Just Save” your application. Useful if you want to ensure your application data doesn’t get lost or if you want to just save your application and then finish later 3)“Save and Submit” your application. Save and submit your application to council. Following this action you won’t be able to edit your application again 4)A unique reference number is automatically generated for each application

19 4. Application Form 1)New Question This Year: Project start and end date. Will appear in the application form when it is launched in March 2 nd 2)Take your time and read over the questions carefully, providing accurate answers. Answer quality is one of the factors that will determine your score and therefore whether or not you are successful 2

20 4. Application Form 1)Once your application is submitted you will get confirmation on screen 2)New this year: To confirm your submission a copy of your details as submitted will be ed to you soon after submission 1

21 Want to complete an application you previously started but didn’t submit? 1)Click on the My Account Link. If not logged in this will take you to the My Account login page 2)Enter the address and password associated with your account to login 1 2

22 Want to complete an application you previously started but didn’t submit? 1)If already logged in clicking the My Account link will take you to a page where you can select from a list of non submitted applications. Click the associated view link to access the application form for that application 2)You may only submit applications which are NOT ALREADY SUBMITTED 1
