4 What steps should lead to successful change? Solutions proposed by the students Be on the alert to be able to understand the context. Understand the aim of the change. Visualize how the future will improve the present situation. Do not panic. Be creative. Define a strategy. Build an executive team. Assess possibilities and resources available. Communicate the vision to everyone involved. Give supporting feedback. Enjoy achievements!
