(metcalfe.jennifer@mail.fcboetwo.org) Password – first two initials of last name (with first initial capitalized)then Birthday (ex. Memmddyyyy) If you lose password: Skip phone number Select a Security Question (pick one you will know the answer to….Ex. favorite teacher – Metcalfe, of course!)

7 Create Live ID Where are you from: Country – U.S. Zip code – 30214 Type code to make sure you are not a robot Uncheck Box about receiving Microsoft Promotional Emails Select – I Accept

8 Verify Email Check your school email – You might need to hit F5 to refresh Click Blue Box – Verify Email Sign in at http://itacademy.microsoftelearning.comhttp://itacademy.microsoftelearning.com Type School Email Password (remember: Initials of Last Name first then birthday ex. Me07041981) Select Sign In Click Go
