3. High Concept Vision Thing If you can not boil it down to a quick summary, it has no chance of success. State in one or two sentences what your game is about. –Most games begin with a single idea

4. Gameplay Summarize what the player will do when he is playing the game. –Genre Statement –How it departs from conventions - what is your “new twist” in the genre? –What does the player do? –What level of difficulty will you include?

7. Concept Art Ideas of what it is going to “look” like Visual Reference Library –collected from the internet, (example: Bond carries a Rolex watch that allows for GPS wireless internet using voice activation - show picture of Rolex watch, write a description of why it is more than just a watch)

8. Technical Design How does the game get from words on the page to a game platform?

9. Target Market Who are you developing the game for? Niche market or specialized genre? Mass market? Kids? Sports fans?

11. Competitive Analysis What games have come out in this genre? How did they do? How will yours be better or worse?

12. Risk Analysis What do you think could prevent you from getting a game like this off the ground? How would you minimize risk?

13. Summary Why is this going to be a great game?
