Serves as the foundation for the PMP exam (and ensures its validity and relevance) Examines the role of a project manager (Steering Group) Determines the key competency areas – Domains of practice, tasks, knowledge, skills performed by a PM Validated by larger industry (survey) Output = PMP Exam Content Outline
