3 What is an Energy Career Academy? Begins in 10 th grade Based on Integrates hands-on learning, mentoring, a Capstone project and an internship Piggybacks on an already existing career academy at the school

4 How will it be structured? 10 th Grade: take technical courses; take field trips to our company; learn about the company culture 11 th Grade: take additional technical courses; begin mentoring program; we provide guest speakers; start Capstone project

5 How will it be structured? 12th Grade: finish technical courses; take pre-employment tests; intern at the energy company
