Based on Michael Fullan’s Moral Imperative, “elevate the moral purpose of schooling in an era of accountability for academic achievement” Waiver that frees us from NCLB accountabilities New set of required program activities AYP becomes SQII (School Quality Improvement Index)

Jan-Feb 2014 Peer Review: Conduct a comprehensive review of your school with your Reward school partner March 2014 3 Year Plan: Working with your Reward school and incorporating the 7 Turnaround Principles, develop a school plan for implementation beginning 2014-2015 school year.
