1 Tell me a little about yourself. Are you from the area originally? Brothers? Sisters? Married? Any kids? So what have you done for work since high school? (Why did you change jobs?) What do you like about your current job? What do not like about your current job? What is one thing that you would change at your job? Tell me a little bit about your accomplishments, but do me a favor, please put your modesty card in your pocket. If money were no issue, what would your lifestyle look like? That’s great. Let me ask you, how much would it take in annual income for you to sustain the kind of lifestyle you just described? 50k, 100k, 250k? Okay, what is the chance that you’ll ever achieve that income at your current job in the next 5 to 10 years, if ever? So, is what I’m hearing you say then, that if you don't currently change what you do or add to it, that you’ll never achieve your goals and dreams? Is that what you are saying? Fair enough.. Well let me ask you this, are you the type of person that has given up on their goals and dreams or do you still have the courage and willingness to at least try? Great. So if there was a legitimate shot for you to reach those goals and dreams in the next 5-10 years while making a positive impact in people’s lives, then that's something you’d definitely consider, right?

2 5 Reasons People Desire a Change… 1.They don’t like their current job and are looking for a career change & better income potential. 2.They love what they do… but earning extra part-time income each month would make a positive difference. 3.They want to get a financial education so they can learn how to win the money game. 4.They love helping people and making a difference. 5.They dream of having their own business. Can you see how most people would be interested in at least one of these areas?

6 The Rule of 72… Sometimes called the Bankers Rule Divide your interest rate into 72 to find the approximate number of years it takes for money to double! This table serves as a demonstration of how the Rule of 72 concept works from a mathematical standpoint. It is not intended to represent an investment. The chart uses constant rates of return, unlike actual investments which will fluctuate in value. It does not include fees or taxes, which would lower performance. It is unlikely that an investment would grow 10% or more on a consistent basis, given current market conditions. How do you win a game if you don’t know the rules? Do banks or insurance companies have any incentive to teach us this rule? Who would benefit from learning this rule? Shouldn’t we have learned this rule in school? Years1%6%12% $3,634 6 12 18 24 30 36 42 48 54 60 $2,000 0 1%6%12% $4,000 $8,000 $16,000 $32,000 $64,000 $4,000 $8,000 $16,000 $32,000 $64,000 $128,000 $256,000 $512,000 $1,024,000 $2,048,000

7 The First Step to Financial Success is Pay Yourself First When you don’t, there’s a high cost of waiting. $100 Monthly Savings @ 9% for 40 Years (Age 27-67) 42$112,950 (-$358,690) 32$296,380 (-$175,260) 28$430,040 (-$41,600) 27$471,640 Rates of return are constant and nominal rates, compounded monthly. Contributions are assumed to be made at the beginning of the month. The chart above is not indicative of any particular investment or savings vehicle where rates of return fluctuate. It does not take into consideration taxes or other applicable deductions, which would lower results. Wait 15 years ($18,000) Wait 5 years ($6,000) Wait 1 year ($1,200) Who are people hurting if they wait?
