5 5 Event Overview Invite key media to join the Cetaphil brand for an intimate baby shower as they celebrate the launch of the newest member of the family. Guests will be invited to enjoy a light bite from a breakfast buffet and join LT/Brand members at the various tables throughout the space. Once seated, Media will be introduce to the new line by a member from the brand team as well as Dr. Greene, Pediatric Expert. Following the presentation, Editor’s can participate at the various stations where they can decorate their own baby inspired essentials (bibs, candy bottles etc.).

22 22 Event Flow Tuesday, July 22, 2014 Timing:Activity:Owner: 7:00AM  Lippe Taylor arrives for set up Team 7:15AM  Flowers arrive SL 7:15AM  Set up stations: o Bib decorating station- KM o Baby Bottle decorations with candy- SL o Decorating tables- CZ NF Team 8:00AMMedia check-in table set up NF 8:00AMDermatologist arrives and Cetaphil Rep arrives 8:45 o Get ready for media arrival Team 9:00AM  Editors begin to arrive and are escorted upstairs  Each team member is given 5 editors to watch over  Editors will grab food from buffet and once finished LT member will escort to Bib Station 1 or Candy bottle station 2. Team 9:30  After stations are closed down, Editors will sit down and listen to presentation.
