FOR TRAINING USE ONLY Everyday Daily life – You are now associated with The Citadel among your friends and family – Appreciate where you come from, where you are now, and understand you are branded with The Citadel as it is an element of you You have invested your life – You have committed to this institution and to yourself to maintain an honorable reputation – It only takes one mistake to ruin that with yourself, your friends, and your family

4. FOR TRAINING USE ONLY Social Media – Maintain professional appearances – Easiest way to ruin a dream job, or get one – Set yourself apart and uphold an honorable reputation Peer Influence – Be a friend worth having to your peers – Know what is right and wrong and stick to your honor

FOR TRAINING USE ONLY It’s Your Time As a Junior, you are held responsible for the direct interactions, training, and leadership of those beneath you Maintain your honor for yourself and for your subordinates – Have them want to be like you Think of a cadet you respected as a knob – Take what you know, and use it to the best of your abilities Be someone worth looking up to Set a strong path this year to further your career as a leader
