4 Levy Institute of Entrepreneurs Mission: Devoted to developing the next generation of high-growth entrepreneurs by giving students the theoretical and practical tools, networking opportunities and hands-on experience necessary to maximize their chances for success. Most Powerful Service: Develop the next generation of high-growth entrepreneurs.

5 Network of Women Entrepreneurs Mission: Encourages community among women. Our network promotes the exchange of business within the group. In our programs, we educate, facilitate and support women’s growth in all aspects of their lives. Most Powerful Service: Women in non-competing professions sharing business acumen, referrals and camaraderie.

6 Boardroom Bound Mission: Boardroom Bound is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) public service that stands for good governance and diversity in the American Business Boardroom by matriculating independent, diverse director candidates from our Boardology Institute and promoting them for board service. Our Mission is to help companies find independent, diverse director candidates for board service. Most Powerful Service: Training tomorrow’s independent/diverse candidates to enter the business boardroom.

7 University of Illinois at Chicago – Institute for Entrepreneurial Studies Mission: To expand awareness and knowledge among students, entrepreneurs, professionals, and educators regarding new venture opportunities, methods for creating and growing enterprises, and the role of entrepreneurship and new/smaller firms in economic development and the global economy. Further, it is our responsibility to support the missions and plans of UIC and the CBA. Most Powerful Service: Deliver highest quality entrepreneurship education.

8 Chicago Women in Philanthropy Mission: Chicago Women in Philanthropy is a membership organization for professional philanthropic and nonprofit leaders. An advocate promoting programs and influencing issues facing women and girls, CWIP creates public dialogue through relationship building, education and research. Our mission is to increase funding to organizations serving women and girls. Most Powerful Service: Provides technical assistance and assists nonprofits to gain greater access to resources.

9 Coleman Entrepreneurship at DePaul University Mission: Helping entrepreneurs succeed through exceptional assistance, valuable linkages, and innovative thinking. Most Powerful Service: Business Modeling: creating a logical, consistent, and complete strategy for success.

10 Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce Mission: To make Chicagoland the most business friendly region in America and enhance our member’s success through aggressive programs of advocacy member benefits and services and actionable information.

11 Benedictine University – Margaret and Harold Moser College of Adult and Professional Studies Mission: Addresses the educational needs of adult students by developing and providing engaging, relevant and accelerated programs. Enhances scholarship, leadership skills, social responsibility and promotes life-long learning. Provides high quality, easily accessible educational opportunities for adult learners. Most Powerful Service: Provide the educational opportunities for people to change their lives.

12 CFA Society of Chicago Mission: The purpose of the CFA Society of Chicago is to meet the professional needs of its members: Chartered Financial Analyst designees and other investment professionals, CFA Chicago serves these needs by: Creating programs, disseminating information, and providing services of direct benefit to members Promoting adherence to the highest ethical and professional standards and Fostering a culture of inclusion, diversity and respect among investment professionals

13 Chicago Financial Women Mission: To facilitate the advancement of Midwest women in the field of finance and financial services through networking education and professional development. Most Powerful Service: Access to high achieving women and educational opportunities.

14 Professional Women’s Club of Chicago Mission: Networking connections that support, enrich and inspire Most Powerful Service: Providing a diverse women’s network for professional, personal and business development.

15 International Visitors Center of Chicago Mission: As Chicago’s official host of international visitors sponsored by the US Department of State, our mission is: To facilitate professional and personal interaction for international leaders during official visits to Chicago; To enhance respect and communication through international exchanges and alliances and; To promote the City of Chicago and the State of Illinois as important business and cultural centers.

16 Chicago Community Ventures Mission: To develop, manage and provide coordinated business assistance resources to the residents and business owners of the City of Chicago, focusing on traditionally under-served and under-developed neighborhoods. Most Powerful Service: CCV aids businesses in reaching growth milestones with matching challenge grants ($10,000).
