3. LONG ISLAND. Where I grew up. Patchogue is located at the shore of long Island New York. Only 11,919 people live there. It is a very quiet and comfortable place to live There is only one high school called pat-med and everyone that lives there attends this high school. There are many beautiful beaches that surround it. The only method of transportation is by car. I had many fun and happy memories when I was growing up there. 5. My personal narrative. One personal experience that I have from long island is that even though it is a quiet place there is still crazy people out there. One night when me and my cousin where walking home from a friends house in the night we didn’t realize that some drunk guy decided to follow us. We then realized because we were the only ones on the street and he was right in back of us. We were very scared and didn’t know what to do at first, since we where blocks away from my house it made it even worse. We started to walk faster and he kept on chasing us. However we decided to go in some other house and pretended it was ours. until the guy stopped following us. One thing I learned from this is not to walk in the night in a by yourself because you may not not what is going to happen or what people are up to.
