3 Finding Personal Preferences Select Options from the Tools menu

4 Notifications Any items not mandatory can be turned on or off Parameter to not allow users to delete alerts Click and unclick

5 Surrogates Any user can be chosen Must remove surrogate settings when returning

6 Order Checks Check or uncheck to configure options

7 Notes Two options for notes

8 Notes Personal Preferences Students may need a co-signer Some people like the subject line

9 Notes Personal Preferences

10 Reports Can change date range for all reports Or, can do it individually

11 Reports – All Dates Default is pretty short Maximum is short for some items CACs can change defaults through parameters

12 Reports - Individual Each report is listed Indian Health does not use many of these yet.

13 Team Lists Autolinked teams are usually set up by CACs If subscription allowed, users can join a team Devices can be team members

14 Personal Setup from Notes Tab Select Custom View from the View menu To save the selected Custom View, select Save as Default View from the View menu

15 Notes Custom View Can choose status of notes Can choose author Can change dates Can group or sort by different fields Can change number of notes

16 Orders- Custom View View by status View by service Change date range Grouped by service or date range
