4. What are Queues Queues determine the process flow through RATS. Normal Successful Flow Queues –No Contact –Qualify –Candidate Responded –Submitted –Interviewing –Offered –Placed Unsuccessful Queues: –Not In Consideration –Client Declined

What are Queues Normal Successful Flow Queues –No Contact: Recruiter applied candidate to a job order. –Qualify: QA reviewed, passed, and emailed Candidate. –Candidate Responded: Candidate approved submittal. –Submitted: Submitter posted candidate to company. –Interviewing: Company indicated candidate is being interviewed. –Offered: Company indicated offer presented to candidate. –Placed: Company indicated customer placed. Unsuccessful Queues: –Not In Consideration –Client Declined

6. Queue Tour: Logging In Logging into RATS is very simple. Just go to: http://recruiterplace.com Then go to the “partner Login” tab

7. Queue Tour: Goto Candidate Tab 1. Click on the tab “Candidates.”

8. Queue Tour: Isolate the Queue 1.Click on the Filter button on the right. 2.Press the first down arrow and select Recent Status from the list 3.Enter the Queue name in the right (i.e. No Contact) 4.Click the Apply button on the right

9. Queue Tour: Possible Queues The user can manage the listed candidates, which are in the queue selected. The Possible Queues are: No Contact, Qualify, Candidate Responded, Submitted, Interviewing, Offered, Placed, Not In Consideration, and Client Declined
