Water is a chemical substance with the chemical formula H2O.A water molecule contains 1 oxygen and 2 hydrogen atoms connected by covalent bonds. Water is a liquid at room temperature, but it often co-exists on Earth with it’s the other 2 states. Water fit for human consumption is called drinking water or potable water. Water that is not potable may be made potable by distillation, or by a range of other methods.

※ 45% to 75% of your total body mass is made of water water is the most abundant substance in your body ※ Facilitate chemical reactions water makes it easier for chemical reactions to take place water is necessary for the breakdown of foods during digestions ※ Ecellent solvent many materials must dissolve in water first before entering the cells ※ High specific heat maintain body's internal temperature

People consume around 2000~3000 ml water each day through the following three ways. 1.By evaporation of our skin surface, an adult will lose 600ml water each day. 2.People will consume around 500ml water by breathing. 3.Most water will be consumed by urinating and pooping, around 1500ml per day. So, except eating, we need extra 1500ml water to drink (around 6 caps of water),in this way,we can get enough water to adjust our metabolism.

Water takes part in excreting waste of your body. It helps the cells to release toxins of waste through the sweat and urine. Water plays an important role in keeping the metabolic mechanism of cells. Water is abundant in micronutrient, this micronutrient can help your body to keep in good balance. Water helps to lubricate the muscles, joints and ligaments all over your body.

To function properly, the body requires between 1 and 7 liters of water per day to avoid dehydration; the precise amount depends on the level of activity, temperature, humidity, and other factors. Also noted is that normally, about 20% of water intake comes from food, while the rest comes from drinking water and beverages.

※ Water is the most abundant substance in your body ※ Water is necessary for digestion, chemical reactions and maintaining body temperature. ※ Water is excreted from the body in multiple forms: urine, feces, sweating, and by exhalation of water vapor in the breath. ※ Water plays an important role in keeping the metabolic mechanism of cells. ※ The body requires between 1 and 7 liters of water per day.
