Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom- Aristotle

Belief about yourself based on your own experience. Some people say they haven’t yet found themselves. But the self is not something one finds, it is something one creates….

Aware of oneself, including one’s traits, feelings and behaviour. People of the world don’t look at themselves and so they blame one another….

Realize all of one’s potentialities. You seek too much information and not enough transformation….

Sense of self worth and capabilities. If you have no confidence in self, you are twice defeated in the race of life. With confidence you have won before you have started….

Paying attention to our self as a whole. Everything that irritate us about others can lead us to an understanding of ourselves….

How we feel about or value ourself. If you don’t love yourself how can you expect others to see what’s so beautiful about you….

Belief that one is capable of performing in a certain manner to attain certain goals. I am always doing that which I cannot do, in order that I may learn how to do it….

Able to manage one’s own disruptive thinking, feeling and impulsive action. Being out of control is one of the worst feeling in the world, sometimes even worse than pain. It is its own kind of pain ….

Guidance of one’s own goal directed thinking, feeling and action. If you want more, you have to require more from yourself….

Our ability to monitor our self. Most people struggle with life balance simply because they haven’t paid the price to decide what is really important to them….

You talk/ instruct to yourself. Self respect is the coat of discipline. The sense of dignity grows with the ability to say no to oneself….

Working in a careful and consistent manner without giving up. Vision without action is a daydream. Action without vision is a nightmare….

Going beyond or above the limitations of one’s self. If you want more, you have to require more from yourself….
