2. Schools and young people from all over England and Wales pulled out all the stops during Lent to help bring clean water to communities around the world.

4. You have raised a record amount for our Lenten fundraising appeal. The total is £9.4 million which has been boosted by Match Funding from the Government!

6. Helping over 30,000 people have access to clean water in South Sudan.

7. Helping more than 25,000 people manage sustainable water associations in Kenya.

8. Expanding CAFOD’s women’s empowerment programme in Ethiopia to reach more than 8,000 women.

11. Let us pray together For the journey of Lent, and the chance to learn and reflect about our global brothers and sisters, we say thank you, Lord! For our generous friends, families and community, we say thank you, Lord! For the inspiration and courage to hope for a better world, we say thank you, Lord! For the opportunity to provide safe drinking water for others, we say thank you, Lord!
