Members are clear about, and agree with group goals. Members support open communication where all members are heard. Members are clear about and accept their roles . 11 Discussion Collaboration between group members and leaders is the key to the development of high performance teams. In the 90’s that was the case. In leadership training and coaching was the focus. However, leaders and members who understand group development and have the skills needed for group productivity are vital to group success.
