Explain your answer. What is the best procedure for conducting a performance review?

9 Discussion Questions Describe how a manager should deal with an employee whose performance is very good so he/she will continue to excel. Describe how a manager should deal with an employee whose performance is poor so that his/her performance will be great in the future. When should a poor performing employee be fired? How do you fire a poorly performing employee?
