It is dependent on EIR implementation and the NAESB certification committee. Consult with your vendor. Change from your url from "http" to "https" in the NERC TSIN registry.

NAESB CI BP standards are the commercial NAESB interactions between PSE's and PSE's and PSE's and Reliability Entities.
NERC Interchange standards will have stay in step with NAESB as the CISDT changes them.

109. Dynamic Scheduling Systems
The DSS allows participants to take advantage of load and resource diversity.
Ability to implement dynamic schedules between BA's.
Populated with data from confirmed Dynamic-type tags E tags will be coded using the "misc." field to correctly distribute requests.
Currently you can curtail dynamic schedules and nothing happens it takes operator intervention with this DSS will take curtailment actions.
Quantities will be reflected in the WIT and integrate after the hour and adjust tag for the previous hour.
