Choose “Flight List” from the top drop down menu. Choose your “Month” / “Year” & “Day of travel” Choose your ideal “Time” of departure. 1 2 3

Click on the magnifying glass to the right of the “Dep City” text box to lookup an airport code. **If you already know your airport code you can type the three letter code in the “Departure City” & “Arrival City” text boxes.

Enter the name of the city that you are searching for in the text box titled “City Name”. Click the “Look Up” button. Select the appropriate city from the results box. Click the “OK” button.

Find your arrival airport by following the steps in slides 7 & 8. ** Make sure to use the magnifying glass to the right of the “Arr City” text box. Once you know the airport code for your arrival city, enter it in the “Arr City” text box. Click the “View Flights” button to see the flight schedule.

Click the Green “SELECT” button to the left of the flight number that you would like to list for. Seating Availability: What do the text colors mean when looking at the flight schedule? Green: Seats available Yellow: High flight load Red: Flight is full

**Repeat the steps listed in slides 4 & 5 Click the green “CHECK IN” button to the left of the appropriate record locator. You are able to check-in online 4 hours before your flight.

Click the check box to the left of your name under the “Passenger Name” column. Click “Yes” if you have a printer and would like to print your boarding pass. Click “No” if you do not have a printer. Click the “Continue” button. 1 2 3

Click the “Continue” button to print your boarding pass. Click the “Close Window” button to complete the check-in process without printing your boarding pass. ** You will have to retrieve your boarding pass at the airport by either using a self service check-in machine, or from a check-in agent. 1 2
