3 About the Commission The State Transportation Commission (STC) is comprised of 15 members Serves as PennDOT’s Board of Directors Established by PA Act 120 of 1970 Conducted biennial Public Hearings across the state to collect feedback for Statewide Twelve Year Program (TYP) Launched modernization pilot in 2013 3
