5. Great Barrier Reef The Great Barrier Reef is in Australia and has one of the most diverse coral reef systems in the world. The Great Barrier Reef stretchers over 2,000 square kilometres.

6. Taj Mahal The Taj Mahal was built in India. This is one of the worlds most known buildings. It is well known for it’s architecture. Shah Jahan built the building in memory of his beloved wife.

7. Machu Picchu Machu Picchu is in Peru and it is one of the most important archaeological sites in the world. The Inca people left no record of why they built the site or what they used it for before.

8. Stonehenge Stonehenge is located in the United Kingdom. This circle of large rocks was assembled in approximately 3000 B.C. The purpose of the design and the details of the engineering is a mystery.

9. Easter Island Easter Island is in Chile. The stones sit on the top of the mountain and they are silent. They believe that the stones are good at seafaring.

10. Victoria Falls Victoria falls is in Zimbabwe. The waterfall is one of the most impressive in the world. The Victoria Falls is among the biggest on the planet.

11. Uluru Uluru is in the northern territory in Australia. It is a sandstone rock. It was 7,9000 feet tall and 2,4000 maters in length. The rock was discovered 10,000 years ago.
