Step 1: blend 100 mL peas with 200mL H 2 O and a pinch of salt for 15 seconds Step 2: strain the solids so that you have a “pea smoothie” (do not drink!) Step 3: obtain 20mL of the smoothie in your beaker (no “why” is necessary for this step)
