15 Citizen Monitoring The citizen monitoring system of ESCI seeks to promote the participation of civil society in following up with the implementation of the Action Plan, through standard measurements on the state of progress of the actions proposed. The foundation will strengthen its citizen monitoring system through perception surveys (cover ESCI methodology topics). Follow-up ESCI indicators gathered in the diagnostic phase. Develop an interface that allows citizen access to all this information.
