2.  Service learning is a method of teaching that combines formal instruction with a related service in the community. Advocates claim that learning is enhanced through direct application in appropriate social contexts of principles and practices taught through formal instruction concurrent with guided reflection of the student's experiences. Service learning is frequently implemented as youth service.

6.  This was a community service project where I had to keep outside of my dorm clean.

7.  Kids from all over Valdosta come out to do football drills and interact with the football team.

8.  Completing many different service learning project help me to become a well known person around the community as well as on campus.

9.  These service learning projects help me out a lot as well as my team it help us raise money and gain more supporters.
