5 Strategic Advantage Program Review Report outputs: Start/End Year Jobs: Total jobs (published or projected, depending on the year) in all the occupations currently mapped to the program Annual Openings: Annual average of both new and replacement jobs over the timeframe. EPW : Median hourly earnings per worker for all occupations mapped to the program. Total/% Change: The change in total employment from the start year to the end year of the timeframe. Change comparison: The percentage difference between jobs change for the program’s occupations and all occupations in the region.

7 Strategic Advantage High-Wage, High-Growth Report outputs: Occupations Ranked by Wage and Growth: Total jobs (published or projected, depending on the year) in all the occupations currently mapped to the program Occupations Ranked by Wage: The bubble graph and table show occupations with highest median hourly wages. Occupations Ranked by Growth: The bar graph and table show occupations with largest projected change in total employment.
