How do we assure transparency, participation, and buy-in from the IMC? Do we need bylaws? – Clarify IMExec membership, selection, and roles – Checkout current LTER Network bylaws Network bylaws Convene Governance Committee to address these issues and lead discussion at the Fall IMC meeting – Karen, Nicole, Eda, Emery (liaison to IMExec), others?
