3 Introduction Takatof uses different social media to create a good image of their organization and to be more noticeable. Takatof uses media to offer young people an opportunity to volunteer for humanitarian, social and community service which increases their public awareness and allow them to help them selves and others. Also, it encourages others to participate in their Community.

4 Historical information Takatof is a voluntary social program. It was established in 2007. It was designed by the Emirates Foundation. It foster a culture of volunteering throughout the United Arab Emirates. Takatof mobilizes people and resources across the nation. Inspired by HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan. Takatof offers young people meaningful opportunities to volunteer for humanitarian, social and community programs.

10 The Gaps in the branding across digital platforms Weak Development of massaging and photo in some digital platforms like YouTube. No Consistency In Branding Across some digital platforms (YouTube & Facebook) Posting some videos that are not related to volunteering work on YouTube. Limited marketing/advertising for volunteer work.

11 Recommendation They Should make their Instagram Photos more desirable and interesting. They should post videos in the YouTube that is related to their volunteer work which will encourage other to participate more in their organization and improve their image. They should further their marketing and advertising about their work which will show how takatof understands and accommodates people through volunteer work.

12 Getting rid or Being active on one platform Focus more on twitter and Instagram Get rid of LinkedIn

13 Expressing more values in their brand- development? How? Commitment: They are devoted to follow through on what they start on order to keep good reputation of their organization. Honesty: They want people to see their honesty in order to let individuals know they have good integrity and they are trustful toward the people they help.
