Our Mission
The Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino empowers all individuals and families in need to achieve an enriched quality of life by providing housing opportunities and resources throughout San Bernardino County.
Our Vision
The Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino is committed to creating a world in which all people have a stable and enriched quality of life.

We provide permanent affordable housing to approximately 32,000 individuals - primarily low income individuals and families
Currently 53,000 applicant households on our housing programs waiting lists
Primary housing programs include:
Housing Choice Voucher Subsidized Programs 8,250
Public Housing Program: 1,226
Authority Owned: 1,361

4. Traditional Homeless Programs
Shelter Plus Care/ Tenant Based Rental Assistance: 365 Households
Housing Opportunities for Persons With Aids: 42 Households
Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing: 357 Households
