8. HOW TO start telemedicine services

9. Process to Start PATIENT REGISTRATION TRAINING Online Training organized by Telemedicine Service Provider at 18001021066 BANDWIDTH TEST VLE to perform a bandwidth test ( minimum 512kbps)

10. Visit APNA CSC portal at http://apnacsc.gov.in and click on “CSC connect”.http://apnacsc.gov.in How to REGISTER A PATIENT

11. After successful login, click on “VLE services” and then on “Apollo Telemedicine”

12. PATIENT REGISTRATION To register a patient for consultation click on “Patient Registration”.Fill the patient details in the form and click on “Register”

13. TAKE A PRINT OF REGISTRATION SLIP Note the UHID no for future reference. Print the registration slip and click on “create case sheet”

14. CHOOSE FROM OPTIONS AVAILABLE

15. PATIENT DETAILs (CASE SHEET) Fill the mandatory details in the form given below, click on “Get Appointment”

16. HOW TO GET AN APPOINTMENT This page gives you a list of available doctors, with their language preference. Choose the doctor, date and time (colour changes to red). Click on “Get Appointment”

17. PAYMENT After you get the appointment, enter your VLE ID & Password and click on “Pay Now” to pay using CSC wallet. Payment successful page will appear.

18. Consultation & Video CONFERENCING On appointment day, search patient name, once you find it click on “View”. You will see the visit list with patient name

19. HOW TO CONNECT TO Video CONFERENCING Click on “Connect to VC” to start video conferencing with doctor

20. HOW TO PRINT CASESHEET Once the consultation is over, doctor closes the case sheet and meeting status is shown as “Closed”. VLE can click on “Casesheet” link and print the prescription for patient reference.

21. AFTER VC PRINT RECEIPT Click on “Receipt” option to view and print receipt and hand it over to the patient

23. AWARENESS CAMPS !! ATHS health awareness program was conducted in Bokaro district of Jharkhand. Approximately 18 CSCs participated in the program. 100 women participated in the program. After the camp, the interested patients registered for free one to one consultation with the doctors. The next awareness programme will be conducted on child health
