5. Fill the requisite details for Registration and click on Signup. Your account will be created on Web portal and email will be sent to your registered email id, advising your login id and password.

6. Using your login id (Registered email id ) and Password you may login on portal to reach your doctor for 1)Requesting Appointment 2)For Follow-up Consultation 3)For Second Opinion All Requests need to be accompanied by payment of requisite doctor fee and portal usage charges

7. You (Patient) have been given unique Id on this portal to communicate with your doctor. Special Discount Coupon ( if any) given by your doctor to you will be displayed here. You may use them till they have validity You may edit your profile and change password Any message from Web Portal Admin will be displayed here

9. Check your total billing here IF you got any Special discount coupen from selected doctor you may use it before validity. Check your Doctor Profile here Click here to request appointment Select your date/day and Venue/time slot carefully

10. Recheck your appointment request date and clink Yes to continue

11. Review your appointment details and click to Pay Check/Read Cancellation and Refund policy carefully before payment

12. Please Print and/or Save this Slip. You need to show this as your payment proof/confirmation while visiting Doctor for scheduled appointment. Please note that this is only an appointment request to the doctor. It is not confirmed until you receive response from your doctor.

18. Incase, for any reason, you do not complete your transaction, your Pending Transaction details will be saved here Click on pay to complete your saved transaction

19. You may check Response of Doctor here for all requests you have made View / Print from here Doctor responses received You may give your feedback comments on the doctor response received

20. Your medical test reports uploaded on this portal are stored here for 6 months. Your doctor will be able to access your previous reports when you send your follow-up and/or Second Opinion consultation requests.

21. You may check your request status / cancel your request / check refund status here This Indicates maximum response time of doctor. Failing which request will be Auto Rejected
