Challenges ODE staff shortage
Electronic Correction Reports – 17 districts had to be reopened after January 19th due to inaccurate data compared to last years 12. Communication between Agencies Do NOT wait until the last minute to respond Unable to contact district staff, which resulted in districts being late. Parentally placed private school students Attending School is the Private School number. If the school does not have a number, it’s the attending district ID.
11
Challenges Home Schooled Students Inter-district Transfer students*
Not using ESD number in attending District and School field Inter-district Transfer students* Attending district reporting instead of the SpEd Resident Charter School* Enrollment code will always be C for Charter Correctional Facilities Agency Serving code needs to be 38 – Correctional Facility
12
