Supervision of lending associations in Kosovo and provision of financial and technical services. Vineyard cadastre and wine making registries being implemented in Serbia and the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia. Implementation of Montenegrin dairy sector policy supported with specialised equipment.

5. 25/02/2016European Agency for Reconstruction Food safety, animal and plant health Veterinary, phytosanitary and food safety legislation drafted. New veterinary laws adopted in Kosovo and Serbia. Contingency plans for outbreaks of animal diseases such as blue- tongue, avian influenza and foot and mouth. Veterinary and phytosanitary inspection services reformed, trained and provided with manuals. Equipment and vehicles provided for veterinary and phytosanitary inspectors in Serbia.

6. 25/02/2016European Agency for Reconstruction Animal Identification & Registration Legislation adopted in Serbia, Kosovo and the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, and for adoption in Montenegro. Managerial, technical and financial procedures prepared. Staff trained. Computer systems supplied. Bovine tagging. Further support for extension to other species.

7. 25/02/2016European Agency for Reconstruction Food safety: protecting international borders Veterinary and phytosanitary BIPS between the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Greece upgraded. Montenegrin border crossing points with Croatia and Bosnia Herzegovina upgraded Equipment supplied to 14 Serbian veterinary and phytosanitary BIPS including prefabricated buildings and coldstores. Database constructed for Kosovo inspection points and staff training provided.

8. 25/02/2016European Agency for Reconstruction Upgrading laboratories Serbia Assistance for improved quality management and the design and supervision of reconstruction / refurbishment works. Supply of equipment. Montenegro Construction of a specialised veterinary laboratory and refurbishment of food safety laboratories supply of equipment for the phytosanitary laboratory. The former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia State Phytosanitary Laboratory fully equipped.
