35 Supervisors Train your consultants to be supervisors. Have them start taking parts of this and applying it to their new recruits !

37 By the end of the first six weeks…  Done at least four home shows  Hostess Coached  Bookings for the 2 nd 6 weeks  Reached levels at the ONE STEP AT A TIME program  Received recognition The new recruit will have…

38 At this point… The new recruit has a better picture of what to do, how long it takes, feels more comfortable and can make more decisions for the future !!!

39 After their first six weeks…  Outline their next 6 weeks  Make new goals to reach…  Encourage them to pick up one more part of the UBAH program and begin that…. (bookfairs, library appts, RFTS…)

40 The Screwdriver: Beyond Bronzing and The Next Steps

41  One show will have cancelled  One show will have postponed  They will have held 4 shows  They SHOULD have bronzed !  Their kit should be paid back  They should have money in their pocket  They should have 4 – 8 more shows in the next six weeks ! At this point….

42  2 nd time to your success clinic  Review booking, booking leads and recruiting  Received recognition  More training/knowledge about the business !

44  It’s time to take goals to new heights  Personal growth  Personal recognition  Personal ownership of training  Regional/National Training

45 Nuts and Bolts: The Little Things

46 Little things go a long way ! Encouragement  Recognize them on the Message Board  Recognize success in emails  Prizes !  Contests !  Share motivational stories !  Good News in Meetings !  Be their cheerleader !

47 Time you give your new recruits is the BEST investment !

48 Respect them and celebrate the successes of THEIR goals ! Realize that everyone has DIFFERENT GOALS.
