10 Solution There should be one website (Example: Training website) for all courses in the company, and each department should post its own courses in that website. The website should be well organized and easy to use. Requesting of courses should be done online by the employee him self (which will require his immediate supervisor approval only) through the Training website. Implementing the system of KFUPM (for searching, adding, and dropping courses) in our company.
