2. Traditional English Breakfast
Full English Breakfast is a traditional breakfast. Many families have it on weekend mornings and sometimes school days. It has sausages, beans, hash browns, egg, fried bread, bacon and sometimes onions, tomatoes or black pudding.

Full English Breakfast has many of the food groups in it. It has beans, egg, sausages, bacon, hash brown, potatoes, onions and fried bread. Most of these foods are in the food table and are mostly healthy.

4. Is it healthy or not?
Full English breakfast is not the healthiest option for a breakfast because its cooked in fat. Therefore, you should only have it occasionally. When you do have it, it depends on what you put in it to how healthy it is!
