1 Jean Dubuffet Inspired Sculpture
Learning Targets: Utilize the techniques to create the style of Jean Dubuffet in my art; abstracted forms, hatching lines, long flowing and curved lines to create shapes, and limited use of color. Create a sculpture in the round using foam board and markers. Evaluate, discuss and revise my work in order to meet the standards and show my understanding.

2 Jean Dubuffet 31 July 1901 – 12 May 1985
Famous for his monumental abstract sculpture made from unconventional materials. Jean Dubuffet would draw out his ideas first, create small models second, then complete the large sculpture. He made the majority of his sculptures in the 60’s.
