Planning work......... Ensure variety is built into your workday (i.e: computer work broken up by non computer work) If possible regular breaks should be taken away from the screen and keyboard Take some time to stretch limbs

Help and assistance...... All departments have DSE assessors who are trained to trouble shoot problems experienced by users.
